RESEARCH INTERESTS
Since electronics is my major, I am particularly interested in optoelectronics, heterojunction devices, and photonics.
I improved my knowledge of semiconductor physics and light–matter interaction by taking specialist courses in my final year.
Although my thesis focused on communication and machine learning due to faculty availability, I aim to align my future research with advanced electrical and photonic device technologies.

2024 – VLSI II Laboratory: ALU Implementation in FPGA
- Designed and implemented a 4-bit ALU using Verilog
- Supported addition, subtraction, AND/OR, and shift operations
- Verified via simulation and FPGA deployment

- Built an assistive device using ultrasonic sensors and Arduino
- Provided haptic feedback and buzzer alerts
